I discovered that Matson Alarm advertises a virtual keypad that allows users to control their system with their mobile devices.

I spoke with Shannon McGowan, tech support, who was very helpful in getting me started. He listened carefully to what I was requesting and entertained all my questions. He gave concise and clear instructions and was easy to follow. I verified my account, created a virtual keypad password, downloaded the app, and began exploring in a matter of minutes.

He even offered to send me a PDF copy of the user’s manual so I can learn how to create multiple users and connect each of my compatible devices: thermostat, keyless entry lock, and possibly my 3rd party cameras.
